RACO Reliance 不沾鍋電磁爐平底鍋 28cm 灰色

The nonstick surface is holding up beautifully after a month of daily use, and the grey finish looks surprisingly classy on the stove. Pancakes slide right off without a drop of oil, and clean-up is just a quick wipe.

Heats up evenly across the whole 28cm surface, and I love that it's induction-compatible without any hotspots. The handle stays cool enough to grab during cooking, which is a relief.

Finally, a pan that's heavy enough to feel solid but not so heavy my wrist aches after cooking. The induction base heats up fast and evenly, and I've used it nearly every night this week without a single thing sticking.
